Terms of purchase
Unless otherwise stated, all items are in stock. We start orders the same day or the day after they are placed, otherwise you as a customer will be contacted and can then decide for yourself whether you want to wait or cancel the order at no cost.
When the Customer completes an order, the Customer will be asked to provide certain personal data. The Customer confirms that the information the Customer fills in is correct and complete and is responsible for incorrectly filled information.
We ship with package delivery or Forwarder. If package delivery failed, your shipment can be stored at your nearest agent. It is up to the recipient to collect the package before they are returned. You will not receive an SMS in all cases.
Customers should check the delivery status with the tracking information we provide for each purchase. Customers must inform us within 7 days of the expected delivery time in case of failed delivery.
The delivery with the forwarder takes place to the pavement or the boundary of the property, as far as accessibility is concerned.
Products delivered to you may be partially disassembled due to transport reasons. You must then assemble them yourself before use. All assembly must be performed by you. All electrical installation and connection of water and sewage must be carried out by a professional company.
You can never claim from us for costs or loss of earnings in the event of incorrect/delayed//incomplete or damaged delivery.
Inspect the product and test all technical functions promptly and inform us within 24 hours via email to support@masterfrisormobler.se of any problems. The packaging must be kept until the products and all functions have been checked and are free of defects.
Delivery time
Parcel delivery normally takes place within 2-5 working days, provided the product is in stock.
These items will be shipped to you directly from one of our central warehouses or directly from the manufacturer without additional shipping costs. Forwarding delivery takes about 7-12 working days.
Untriggered shipments
It is up to the customer to provide a valid and correct delivery address. For unreleased parcels, we charge a fee of € 25 for handling, packing, packaging, shipping, any cash on delivery fee, return shipping.
For next day delivery or express delivery+ return costs according to our invoice from the transport company plus € 25
